Personal Notes

I hope some of you were able to celebrate “Open That Bottle Night" which is traditionally observed on the last Saturday in February. Open That Bottle Night is meant to open that special bottle of wine — from a departed loved one, from a visit to a winery, from a vacation — that we're always going to open for just the right moment, but, of course, that moment never comes. So the wine sits and sits and sits and becomes more and more precious, so it sits and sits some more.
Unfortunately, I came down with a bad cold and could not open my special bottle of Caymus Cabernet. I was stretched out on the couch all day and night.
Perhaps, you enjoyed your bottle and you can let me know your story of why it was special for you.
