Welcome Luis Sepulveda to Team VNFA!
Luis will be working remotely from the Bethlehem office as Financial Technology & Trading Associate. He joins the team with more than 15 years of trading and operations experience. In his new role, Luis will manage investment databases and assist with operational support as part of the VNFA Investment Department. Luis has a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance from Villanova University.

VNFA Tax Department
Please know that VNFA operates as a TEAM.

While anyone in our offices will be able to help you, our Tax Department staff is specifically trained to manage the tax filing season process. The VNFA Tax Department is a group of service specialists and CPAs who all work in direct communication with your financial advisor and supporting team. To contact the Tax Department, e-mail

Starting in early February, members of our Tax Department will be available in our Bethlehem headquarters on a rotating schedule, and remotely during normal business hours. Please let us know when you call to make an appointment for document delivery if you will need to speak with one of our tax professionals, or if we need to arrange for someone from your financial advisory service team to be available via phone or video conference.

Our tax preparation process for clients is unchanged, and we encourage you to complete your Tax Questionnaire as soon as possible in advance of providing us with your complete package of supporting tax documents. Digital delivery is preferred as we maintain the safety of our team and clients as our #1 goal. Forms and instructions can be found on our website:


#TeamVNFA is the proud recipient of a 2020 Excellence in Education Award. Yes, you read that correctly.

Our 2019 Volunteer Challenge project was the creation of a “Just Press Pause” room at Paxinosa Elementary in Easton. We were able to transform a classroom into a safe, relaxing space for teachers and staff to rest and recover from the stresses of life and their important work helping children.

Due to the pandemic, the award ceremony was delayed and then canceled. What a delight it is for us now to receive this beautiful award, along with a certificate and letters of nomination. Our team is so proud to have made such an impact on our community. Our sincerest thanks go out to everyone who helped make this project a reality, including Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley for helping align us with our now life-long friends at Paxinosa and Communities in Schools.

You will be receiving an initial e-mail or mailed packet this week with instructions to complete our 2020 Tax Questionnaire and other related forms, as needed for your specific situation. Please complete these steps at your earliest convenience and send us your supporting tax-related documents once you have all or most of what you expect collected.

VNFA In the Community
Although it looked very different this year, without a wrapping party or group delivery, our team put together 35 Holiday Hope Chests for Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley. We were also able to sponsor additional online gift purchases and wrapped boxes to help the program supply a happy holiday to thousands of local children through non-profit distributions. “Our goal was 35 boxes as a nod to our 35th anniversary as a local and independent business this year,” said Judianne Harris, Chief Marketing Officer. “Members of our team really went above and beyond using creative and safe approaches to make a meaningful contribution.”
